Each and every organic and gluten free cookie is baked fresh to order and to ensure quality, we only ship on Monday's and Wednesday's. Unless otherwise indicated, your organic and gluten free cookies will ship on the next available ship date.
Orders shipped on Monday must be placed by Noon the previous Friday
Orders shipped on Wednesday must be placed by Noon the previous Sunday
Although it rarely happens, if cookies are not consumed within 48 hours of delivery, freeze the wrapped cookies to ensure freshness. When you are ready to enjoy, let the cookies come to room temperature 2 hours before consuming.
